What kind of content is in the Swim Coach Academy? And is there really that much?
When you join the Swim Coach Academy you'll instantly get access to HUNDREDS of hours of content specific for growing as a swim coach and better helping your athletes on a daily basis. There's resources for any type or level of coach. And yes there really IS that much content. But we've also broken it up so don't feel overwhelmed. There's something to gain from each video your watch!
Who is the Swim Coach Academy?
In one word: YOU! SCA's goal is to deliver the best swim coaching centric content to you and other coaches who are striving to be better and help their athletes be better. Coaches and the content in SCA are for all levels from beginners to Gold Medalists. You will probably "bump" into some coaching buddies, especially in the private discussion forum. The goal is to strengthen those interactions and also develop new relationships with other coaches you didn't know before joining SCA.
What is the Mentorship and Forum components that are included in the FINALS SCA membership?
Access to the Mentorship and Private Discussion Forum in the Swim Coach Academy is exclusive for the FINALS Membership. The Mentorship is led by Olympic Coach Paul Yetter. These consist of regular Zoom calls with other FINALS members as well as frequent coaching guests that Paul invites on for specific topic deep dives. The interaction from the calls carries over into the forum where members can continue the discussion or ever bring up new topics. This is a significant value add in your Swim Coach Academy Membership so strongly consider enrolling in the FINALS Membership.
What is cancel/refund policy?
You'll be able to INSTANTLY cancel your membership to the Swim Coach Academy at anytime when you're logged into your SCA account. It's as simple as a single click. No emailing support required! Because canceling is so simple it's completely your responsibility to cancel your account when you decide to.
At this time we have a no refund policy. However, you're able to cancel at anytime if you decide the Swim Coach Academy Membership isn't right for you.
What about switching membership levels or getting receipts?
At anytime you can switch between the different memberships offered in the Swim Coach Academy. Just go to your account and after a few clicks you'll be good to go.
The same goes for any receipts you may need, especially if you're trying to get reimbursed. Go to your account and print any receipt you need. They'll all be there throughout your membership length in the Swim Coach Academy.
